Obesity means “having too much body fat,” according to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, and can cause health complications like elevated cholesterol levels, diabetes and high blood pressure.

“Children simply do not understand that these foods are highly processed and damaged fuel that have worsened the obesity epidemic through the world,” explains nutrition expert, Dr. Joseph Mercola.
